We can produce a large variety of different plants in our system including vegetables, herbs and fruits. Generally, items that grow well are soft leafy vegetables and soft herbs. We are currently growing Basil, several types of Lettuce, Chives and Coriander.
We can however plant to order. This means that if we don't already produce what you need then we can help you within a few weeks of contacting us to take advantage of our chemical free, fresh and tasty produce.
For example, if you are a Chef and you wanted to add an Asian theme to your menu. We could supply you with Coriander immediately but it would take a couple of weeks before we could supply you with the Pak Choy. However our system is flexible enough that we could immediately accept your order!
Better still if you have a good idea of the numbers you will be needing, say 100 bunches of Pak Choy per week, then we can plant and supply accordingly. This will ensure that you have a steady supply of fresh vegetables for your menu.
Our produce will generally keep very well if it stands in plain water, in a cool area, for up to a week. Of course there is nothing like freshness though and we are happy to supply you on a daily basis if you prefer.

Of course you do not have to be a Chef to enjoy our produce. There are some major reasons why you might like to consider buying from us for use at home:
- Our produce is grown without the use of any chemical pesticides (most of them will kill the fish if we tried).
- Our plants get their nutrients from the fish. There are absolutely no artificial chemical fertilizers used in our systems.
- Our produce is always fresh and picked when it is ready to eat - giving it outstanding flavour.
As for the fish. Well they take a little longer to grow and will not be available until late 2008. We have Silver Perch and Murray Cod. As with the plants we can grow many different types of fresh water fish in our system. For example Catfish, Jay Perch, and Barramundi are all possible. For now though we have the Silver Perch and Murray Cod and there has been a significant amount of interest in them.
